Two weeks after the ending of 2017/2018 season, Trentino Volley scores a great deal in the transfer market and prepares the team for the future; Srecko Lisinac, talented Serbian middle-blocker, signed a two years contract up to June 2020.
This is a tremendous operation of extraordinary value: the 26-year-old player from Kraljevo, same birthplace of his future teammate Uros Kovacevic, is one of the world’s best performer in his role, ready to measure with the Italian championship after having played in the German and Polish leagues. Trentino Volley has transferred him from PGE Skra Belchatow, with which he just recently won the league and showed all of his talent. Physical and strong player, endowed with full range of technique, he can jump serve effectively, he has a high level block and sports attacking quality like fews around the world. His 2018 CEV Champions League statistics are jaw-dropping to say the least; he played also as opposite spiker, with 65% on 114 attacks, 11 aces and 9 blocks in eight matches. After Boskan, Mester, Vusurovic, Vujevic, Grbic and Kovacevic he is the seventh Serbian player in the history of Trentino Volley.
