2018 World Club Cup, Wild card of Fivb for Trentino Volley!

The calendar of season 2018/2019 is enriched by another prestigious international commitment for Trentino volley. Trentino volley will participate in the World Club Cup 2018, planned in Poland between November 26th and December 2nd 2018, thanks to a wild card granted by the organising committee and by the International Federation. This afternoon the Fivb has formalized the participation of Trentino Volley at the annual competition. For the eighth time in its history the Italian club will attend the event that won for four times between 2009 and 2012 and where they also obtained two third place (2013 and 2016).
“The results obtained in this event have made Trentino and our company famous all over the world – explained the President Diego Mosna - ; Also for this reason we are particularly linked to the World Club Cup, that we’ll play, at the end of November, with ambition. It makes us pride the fact that the Fivb wanted our society to complete the group of participating teams; it will be a beautiful championship, followed throughout the world. And we also will play against big opposing teams”.
