BLM Group Arena, also Candellaro is ready to start. From Wednesday evening the full team

Day after day all the players of the new roster of Itas Trentino, who until last week were competing in the World Cup 2018, are arriving in Trento; today it has been the turn of Davide Candellaro, Uros Kovacevic and Aaron Russell, whereas on Wednesday it will be Srecko Lisinac’s, who will finally complete the roster at Angelo Lorenzetti’s disposal. The first training with all the thirteen players of the official team 2018/19 is due in the afternoon of Thursday 4th of October, before the departure for Perugia. Today, in the meantime, Candellaro has joined definitely the team, doing the whole training session with his peers on the central field of Blm Group Arena. Tomorrow it will be Kovacevic’s and Russell’s turn.
“I am glad that today I have already started my regular season with Trentino Volley, I am really full of energy – explained the central player coming from Cucine Lube Civitanova- ; in these first days I have to settle in, we have a very short time to prepare our participation at the Final Four of the Italian Supercoppa. But generally we are very willing to make a good impression and from what I have seen during today’s training we have already a good sense of team-building. From my point of view then, I am starting from an advantage position because spending the whole summer in the national team I’ve had the opportunity to further improve my understanding with Giannelli, who I really get along with. On Saturday I will find Perugia as opponent team, which I have faced several times in the last season, but right now I would rather focus on what we have to do before thinking about the opponent. My World Cup experience? I am glad of what I have achieved from it, finding even more space in the final part, but by now it’s all over“.
