Lorenzetti after Trento-Siena 3-0: "We played well so that we have to applaud the players"

“The ones who, like Giannelli, Vettori and Kovacevic as me as well, had experienced one year ago the negative debut in the championship against Milan, were fully aware that it would not be easy to win the first home match of SuperLega – Itas Trentino coach Angelo Lorenzetti affirmed at the end of the match - . This time we managed it by playing well so that we have to applaud the players for having done their duty. Since the first moment we managed to ease the tension in front of a team that, as we were expecting, has showed vivacity and wanted to put us hurdles. In some moments we have been a bit agitated by attacking, similarly to what happened vs Modena, as not always efficient during the float side-out phase, but in the end being calm has made the difference“.
Itas Trentino will go on with the training on Tuesday afternoon at the BLM Group Arena launching the preparation period towards the next appointment, scheduled on Sunday 21th October at the PalaCoccia in Veroli (Frosinone), where the team will compete with the hosting Globo Banca Popolare del Frusinate Sora (second day of regular season).
