Giannelli at Radio Dolomiti: “Confident about the big match against Perugia on Sunday”

Simone Giannelli was the main guest today at Radio Dolomiti studios for the weekly magazine “Trentino Volley in FM”, dedicated to Trentino Volley and all its partners. Yellow-blue Captain talked about himself and answered the many questions asked by the hosts Laura Paolazzi and Gabriele Biancardi, as well as presenting Sunday’s match in Perugia.
“I am confident, as always, but also aware that it will not be the same match as the Supercoppa Semifinal, earlier this month. We’ll find Sir Safety Conad even more motivated, they will want to make up for that defeat. We proved, though, we can win at PalaBarton and we’ll try to repeat. We are aware of our worth and won’t back down when the game gets tough”.
During the twenty minutes program Simone received a phone call from former Yellow-blue player Marco Meoni; he confessed to be his supporter and offered him precious advice. “Trust blindly the team’s technical staff, I know them all and they will help you step up your game” suggested Meoni.
