Trentino Volley awarded with the “Prize to merit” by Panathlon Club of Trento

After a month from the end of the season, the „great season“ 2018/19 of Trentino Volley keeps being awarded. Last week they have been prized with the official award for the international successes of the team; on Tuesday 21st of May Itas has indeed been awarded with the „Prize to merit“ 2019 by Panathlon Club of Trento. During the usual gala night, the Cultural and Sports Association of Trentino has given this valuable prize to the World Champions – for the first time the whole team has been awarded, not a single player.
„A great example of team, able to champion important values such as the fair play and mutual respect, never failing in this“ – these have been the reasons why President Giuseppe De Angelis prized Trentino Volley, on the occasion offered by the General Manager Bruno Da Re, by the Manager Team Riccardo Michieletto and the trainer Angelo Lorenzetti. Among the many stars of the sport of Trentino, also the number one of Coni Trentino Paola Mora along with the honorary President of panathlon Giacomo Santini were present at the event.
