BLM Group Arena, the second week of post-season training

After a weekend dedicated to rest and physical recovery, the post-season training sessions start again at the BLM Group Arena for the Under 25 players of Trentino Volley. Angelo Lorenzetti personally takes care of the twelve players available, ten had already done the first week of training. From Tuesday morning Pizzini, De Giorgio, Simoni and Cortesia will be added to this group, and just last weekend at Castellana Grotte they got the second place in the Junior League Final Eight with the shirt of Itas Trentino Under 20.
The program of the second period will include two sessions in the weight room at the BLM Group Arena (the first on Tuesday morning, the second on Friday) and four technical-tactical sessions, similar to the one held this afternoon. The goal that the group will give itself for this week of training remains the same as the previous one: take advantage of the opportunity to work without official commitments to improve the physical and technical qualities, taking advantage of the possibility of the game six against six.
Thanks to this type of activity, Trentino Volley also has the opportunity to monitor its young people again and verify their growth after the last season lived in the highest volleyball championship. The second week will end on Friday morning with a double session (weights and ball).
