Itas Trentino at the BLM Group Arena for the sixth week of training

This afternoon the pre-season training of Itas Trentino started again. After two days off the team went back to training at the BLM Group Arena for the beginning of the sixth week of activity with a three hours session, both technical and with weights.
The program of this period envisages a double session (ball work in the morning, physical training in the evening) only on Tuesday, while on Wednesday there will be the first official appearance of the 2019/20 season; at 7pm at PalaRicolt in Sedico (Belluno) the team will face Kioene Padova in a friendly for solidarity called “Tutti in campo per l’autismo” (“Everybody on the ground for autism”).
The second half of the sixth week of work will feature only one training session each day: Thursday afternoon (weights), Friday afternoon (technic) and Saturday morning (ball work). The number of training sessions (seven) and hours spent in the gym (a bit more than fifteen) will slightly decrease compared to the previous period, giving more time to work on the six against six. Other than the players of the new roster that are already in Trento (Codarin, Daldello, De Angelis, Djuric, Sosa Sierra and Vettori), there will also be Parodi (in the group during the first stage of training) and nine athletes of the roster of the Under 21 team of Trentino Volley, which will play in Serie A3 and will take turns during the various sessions, according to the needs of the technical staff.
