BLM Group Arena, Sunday morning the resumption of training in the weight room

Coming back at dawn from Civitanova Marche, with a bus journey started immediately after the end of the 2019 Del Monte® Supercoppa semi-final lost against Perugia, Itas Trentino will have the whole day of Saturday, November 2nd off before coming back to work at the BLM Group Arena. Indeed, the resumption of training is scheduled for Sunday morning, when the team will undergo a three-hour work session that consists of the first part in the weight room and then the second part on the central court of the sport facility in Via Fersina. In the late afternoon there will also be time for another one-hour physical strengthening session under the direction of fitness coach Alessandro Guazzaloca.
The immediate return to work was necessary to allow the players to optimize their condition (physical and technical) ahead of the next official match, scheduled for Wednesday, November 6. On that date indeed, the longest trip of the entire regular season of 2019/20 SuperLega Credem Banca (the rescheduled match of the third round) is scheduled, as Giannelli and his teammates will be playing at 7.30 pm (live coverage: Radio Dolomiti and Lega Volley Channel) at PalaCalaFiore in Reggio Calabria, the court where this season Tonno Callipo Calabria Vibo Valentia will play its home games.
