Simone Giannelli citizen of the year 2019 of his Bolzano

Simone Giannelli has been for years a symbol of Trentino Volley but also of Bolzano, his hometown in which he began his climb in the volleyball world. An award won today by Giannelli has strengthened this strong relationship with Bolzano. Giannelli has in fact received the award as "Citizen of the Year 2019" tonight at the town Hall of Bolzano, a particularly prestigious recognition that every twelve months is delivered by the Stadtklub City Circle of Bolzano to the person who has brought fame to the City.
“I am proud of this award- said Giannelli once he got the certificate - . I always come back willingly to Bozen whenever I can, here are still family and friends”.
