Lorenzetti: "I think that tonight Giannelli has made progress as team captain"

“We’ve been good and lucky to face a Milano that didn’t play as well as it did recently during the championship explained the coach of Itas Trentino Angelo Lorenzetti after the match - . On Wednesday evening we had to deal with Russell’s injury, which forced us to change our planes. I think that tonight Giannelli has made progress as team captain and it was thanks to him that the team took the field with a positive spirit. Milano started a bit tense and paradoxically that situation of emergency took the pressure of this match off. This doesn’t mean that I’m happy about Russell’s injury, but I liked the team spirit shown by the team”.
For Itas Trentino another very important appointment is scheduled for the weekend, away again: on Sunday, 26 January the team will face Cucine Lube in Civitanova Marche for the rematch of the first round of Pool A of 2020 CEV Champions League. The start is planned for 18:00, live on DAZN and Radio Dolomiti.
