Today began the fourth consecutive week without training at BLM Group Arena in Trento. The yellow-blue team in fact continue to stay in their homes in Trento, respecting the lockdown but still manage to carry out the exercises proposed by the technical staff all together, in conference call. The technological experiment started last Monday makes everyone meet at 4 pm in front of their PC or smartphone to do the workout from home. The athletic trainer Alessandro Guazzaloca directs the operations, together with the coach Lorenzetti, the Russian physiotherapist and the Assistants Boninfante and Petrella who help him to verify the correctness of the performance of the exercises. The video conference session is also offering good results for the spirit. But it is also true that the players have also worked on Saturdays and Sundays and will continue to do so every afternoon without ever enjoying a full day of rest.
