BLM Group Arena, Thursday off before the restart in view of the match with Monza

The day after the home win against Allianz Milano, Thursday 7 January, will be for the rest and physical recovery of Itas Trentino. After the win by 3-0 against Milano, the technical staff has given a Thursday off for the team that until now has trained every day in 2021. The training at the BLM Group Arena will restart on Friday morning, a moment in which the gialloblù team will be in the weight room to undergo a physical session of two hours. The program for the next appointment, scheduled on Sunday 10 January at the BLM Group Arena at 18 against Vero Volley Monza, has a technical session during the evening of Friday and a training on Saturday afternoon.
