SuperLega, on Sunday evening the postponement of the game day 19 in Monza

SuperLega Credem Banca on the court in the weekend for the nineteenth turn of regular season 2021/22. Itas Trentino will be the main character of the evening postponement on Sunday January 30th. The team will be paying a visit at the Arena of Monza to play against  Vero Volley, the host team. The kick-off will be at 8.30 p.m., live Radio Dolomiti and live streaming on the platform OTT Volleyball World Tv.
HERE ITAS TRENTINO. January 2022 is characterized at the moment just by victories (five, four in home games and one in Istanbul) and offers one last event to the yellow-blue formation that in Lombardy will try to increase once more its own list of successes to arrive to six, so as to strengthen the third place in the ranking. The team will try to do this on the eve of the direct matches with the second (Civitanova, on next Wednesday) and the forth (Modena, on February 6th) force of the Championship. “In this case too it is necessary to show great determination and willpower as we are playing, in order to be able to move in the ranking,” said the trainer Angelo Lorenzetti. “We have to take into account that we will also have to face the long away game in Turkey that we have just put behind us and the Monza’s will to go back to the victory. It is an important moment of our regular season. In few days we will play against some of the most quoted team of the tournament and we must absolutely be prepared and, moreover, we must have a good amount of point on our shoulders.”
In Monza, city where Itas Trentino will go without Lisinac after the afternoon training at BLM Group Arena, the team will play the 27th seasonal match, the 16th away game, searching for the 642nd victory in its history (out of 918 matches)
THE OPPONENTS. The last two defeats, one in a home game against Milan and the other one in an away game against Civitanova Marche, made Vero Volley Monza drift to the seventh place in the ranking. The team finds itself eleven points away from the fourth place that the formation occupied in a stable way till the second to last match of the first round. Despite being the only team that have already played seventeen matches of regular season, Eccheli’s formation had a decline in the last month that costed a lot in terms of points and goals, as in the last weeks had to finish the path in Coppa Italia because of Trento. The reasons must be searched in the serious absence of Grozer (who has not played an official match since December 30th) and Grodzanoc, who is already back on the court since a week. If the German opposite hitter should not be in the match, the formation with three spikers is very likely to be proposed once again. This formation will have Davyskiba as opposite hitter and Karyagin, who plays diagonally to Dazvoronok. In its facility, Monza has won points in six out of eight matches in regular season at the moment. Only Civitnaova and Milan were able to take away in the Arena everything that was at stake.
THE PREVIOUS MATCHES. In the archive the two Societies have already twenty-one previous events, with an evaluation definitely in favour of the yellow-blue team for 19-2. The only victories of Monza are two score of 3-2 obtained in its facility. These were on March 4th 2018 and on October 25th 2020. The last one is the last match played by Trentino Volley in the opponent's facility. The match that till now has given more feelings that ever is the one on December 23rd 2018, third to last event between the two teams on Lombardy: success at tie-break for the yellow-blue team after 165’ minutes in the longest match in the history of the Club of Trener street. In Brianza there are other five victories for Trento, four of those in just three sets (the last one on January 16th 2020). In the past the Club of Trener street also played other seven matches (all of them won) against another team in Monza: Acqua Paradiso. The previous seasonal events are three, all won by Itas Trentino: 3-1 on October 24th in Civitanova Marche (final of Supercoppa) and on November 14th in Trento (game of the first round), 3-0 only two weeks after (January 16th, quarter final of Coppa Italia).
THE REFEREES. The match will be supervised by Alessandro Cerra (from Bologna, in Seria A since 2014) and Armando Simbari (from Milan, in Seria A since 2007 and international referee since 2016), respectively in the ninth and tenth match in Superlega 2021/22. The last match with Trentino Volley for Cerra as referee was December 30th (victory for 3-0 in Milan), while for Simbari was November 7th (defeat in three sets in Perugia)
