Lorenzetti: "It was a match with two faces"

"It was a match with two faces - said coach Angelo Lorenzetti at the end of the match - in the first part we played good volleyball and we were able to take advantage of the mistakes that our opponents didn't allow us anymore. From the third set we suffered with the ball changes, which are usually one of our strengths; we struggled, making Modena's task easier but in the tie break we were able to climb back up to 13-14. We don't want to be satisfied for having collected only two points in the last two games, but we can't forget where we started from; this match was however very useful to prepare us for the level of play we will find in the Italian Cup Final Four".
Itas Trentino's next championship engagement is scheduled for seven days from now, Sunday, January 13th at 3:00 pm, again at the BLM Group Arena for the match valid for the 20th round of the regular season to be played against Taranto. Before that date, they will take to the court on Thursday 10th February for the fifth round of Pool E of the 2022 CEV Champions League to be played at 7.30 pm against Perugia.
