Play Off, Itas Trentino keeps close the field-factor: 3-0 against Lube also in match 2!

A very sweet Easter Monday for Itas Trentino at BLM Group Arena. After last Thursday’s extraordinary accomplishment in Civitanova Marche in match 1, the yellow-blue formation kept close the field-factor, also assuring the second match of the series (at the best of five) of semifinal of Play-Off Scudetto Credem Banca 2022 against Cucine Lube, defending champions of Italy.
Another 3-0 as final result that tosses Kaziyski and his teammates to 2-0, as total evaluation, allowing them to have now three opportunities to qualify to the final. The first match ball is already on Thursday 21st in the Marche.
To achieve it, Lorenzetti’s team once again had to show its strength, as it did four days before,  during the long arm-wrestling that characterized the entire match against the opponents. Michieletto and his teammates had a better impact on each set and they constantly found themselves containing the respond attempt by the team from the Marche, to whom was not enough bettering the percentages in attack to be able to take the match to the fourth set.
Sbertoli’s great ability as setter, at the end mvp for letting playing all his attackers at their best (52” in total), Captain Kaziyski’s umpteenth graceful night (best scorer of the yellow-blue team together with Lavia, with 57% in attack) and the great contribution made by the central Serbian couple Podrascanin-Lisinac (14 points together with six blocks and excellent percentages in the first set) were all fundamental factors to direct the match and move 3,300 viewers, who came also in this occasion to the facility of Fersina street.
