Vero Volley-Itas Trentino 0-3, the match report

Here's the game 4 report. The whole Itas Trentino gets on Brianza court, also with the setter Depalma after two consecutive absences; Lorenzetti plays the game 3 winning shortlist: Sbertoli as setter, Kaziyski as opposite, Michieletto and Lavia as hitter spikers, Podrascanin and Lisinac as middle blockers, Laurenzano as libero. Monza replies with Kreling as setter, Grozer as opposite, Davyskiba and Maar in position 4, Galassi and Di Martino as middle blockers, Federici as libero. The match start is balanced but too nerve-racking on the hosts’ side, who begin to make too many mistakes on 7-7, giving way to the guests, who with Kaziyski run away at 10-7. Eccheli's time out is timely, because at the restart, the hosts come right back into the lead (11-11) with Davyskiba's services (also a direct ace) and Grozer's attacks. Trento comes back with Kaziyski and Podrascanin block (16-14), scoring a +3 with Matey’s attack (20-17). Vero Volley come close again twice (21-20 and 23-22 after being under 23-20), before giving up again on the yellow-blue sprint made by the captain Kaziyski (25-22 with Nelli solver point, just inserted to make a block at the place of Sbertoli).
Monza tries to react at the start of the second set, but its sprint start (0-3) is immediately stopped by the guests, who, with Lavia and Kaziyski (one ace each), first they tie the score at four and then they get a point more (7-5, Eccheli calls a time out). Monza climbed back up the slope with Grozer (14-13), but then suffered another heavy break by the yellow-blue line-up (20-16), which definitively directed the set, closed by Itas Trentino already on 25-20 with Michieletto.
On the wave of enthusiasm, the yellow-blue team is off to a great start in the third set as well (3-1 and 6-4), led forward by their own excellent break phase, between block and serve. Podrascanin does a block on Grozer and Galassi and brings his teammates to +4 (10-6), then it’s Lavia turn to increase the gap also with a lucky ace; on 14-8 for the guest team, Eccheli has already used all the time outs at his disposal. His team tries to raise its head again with Maar and Grozer (15-12 and 16-15), but then it is still the Trentino’s block that digs the difference (20-16) and at the end offers the way toward the well-deserved 3-0 victory, which comes on 25-19 with an ace by Lavia.
