Play Off, the semifinal sees a renewed competition with Piacenza

Piacenza will be Itas Trentino's opponent in the Credem Banca Playoff Scudetto semifinal series, which is a best-of-five match. The three matches played between this evening and last Saturday have allowed the pairings for the second round of the draw to be defined, allowing a new confrontation with the Emilians players; owing to the best ranking position in the 2022/23 regular season, it will be precisely Trentino Volley that will be able to count on the home court factor in three of the five scheduled matches.

The already definitive dates of the matches Itas Trentino will play in the semifinals of the 2023 Playoffs Scudetto:
Game 1: on Thursday, April 13rd, at 8:30 p.m. (at the BLM Group Arena)
Game 2: on Sunday, April 16th, at 6 p.m. (at the PalaBanca in Piacenza)
Game 3: on Wednesday, April 19th, at 8:30 p.m. (at the BLM Group Arena)
Potential Game 4: on Saturday, April 22nd, at 8:30 p.m. (at the PalaBanca of Piacenza)

In the penultimate round of the Playoff Scudetto for Trentino Volley, the contest with Piacenza is renewed, a team already faced in the postseason phase six times: three in the Final (2008, 2009, 2013 editions - two victories for Trento) and three in the quarterfinals (2005, 2021, 2022 edition - two victories for Trento).
