Lorenzetti: "We knew that sooner or later Piacenza would start playing at its best level"

"We knew that sooner or later Piacenza would start playing at its best level, and that happened just this evening," explained coach Angelo Lorenzetti after the match; “in Game 2 we had grown in the sideout phase, but to compete we had to take a step forward on the counterattack and today we failed to do that. In the first two sets we had a lot of break point opportunities, but we only achieved a third of them compared to our opponents; all this definitely affected the outcome of those sets, also because in the other sets we had played well. In the third set we definitely suffered the blow at the beginning, no longer being able to recover the disadvantage although we played better."
