Kamil Rychlicki is the new opposite: 2023/23 roster is now complete

The summer market of the Italian Champion men's Itas Trentino concludes with the last incoming operation, the most awaited one because it goes to complete the yellow-blue sextet, making it even more competitive and... tricolor.
For the next two sports seasons, in fact, Kamil Rychlicki will be the opposite player of the team coached by Fabio Soli. The hitter, born in Ettelbruck (Luxembourg) on November 1st, 1996, arrives in Trento after his two-year experience in Perugia with an enviable palmares behind him; during his previous stints in Italy with the Umbrian jersey and, before that, with that of Civitanova, he collected seven titles, including Club World Championships (2), Scudetto (1), Coppe Italia (3) and Supercoppa (1), all obtained by putting his signature in evidence. A player endowed with strength, technique and versatility (in 2018 Ravenna picked him up from the Belgians of Maaseik to play as a wing, but quickly diverted him to the opposite role), he has in the fundamentals of attack and block his strengths and is a high level attacker. The statistics also confirm this; in the last five editions of the SuperLega regular season he scored 1,463 points in 111 games played; only Leon, Leal and Nimir scored more. As of the season beginning in October, he will play with Italian status, making Itas Trentino's roster even more tricolor: only three of the fourteen players will be foreigners (D'Heer, Kozamernik and Podrascanin).

"Kamil is a player of excellent performance, centimeters and power," emphasized Trentino Volley coach Fabio Soli - "He hits the ball very hard and high; he will be able to offer a great contribution both in the breakpoint phase and in the sideout phase. He is a modern, complete opposite player who has many other things besides attack; in defense, for example, he is very well set up because in the past he has also been a dunker and knows how to use the bump well. Perhaps until now he has been inconspicuous, but he has already shown that he can make his mark. And he can grow further."
In Trento, Kamil Rychlicki will wear jersey number 11, which in the past had been used by other important players in his role such as Giombini, Nikolov and Sokolov.
