Soli after Trento-Galati 3-0: "I’m also very happy for..."

“Perhaps we weren’t particularly spectacular, but we did what we had set out to do before the match, which was to play a more concrete and convincing game than the one we played in Romania seven days ago,” commented Trentino Itas coach Fabio Soli at the end of the match. “We needed to impose our rhythm, and we did just that. We were solid throughout the match, anticipating and solving any issues that might have arisen. I’m also very happy with the attitude shown by the team in the final set. The players who have not had much court time so far but work hard every day in training got their chance. From the very first rallies, they displayed the right spirit and earned applause on such an important stage as European competitions.”
