Diatec Trentino after the amazing victory at Kioene Arena

This has been an unusually Saturday of rest for Diatec Trentino. The day after winning at the Kioene Arena of Padua, the third victory in three matches of  SuperLega, the technical staff  has in fact allowed the team an entire day off. The preparation for the imminent Club World Championship 2016 will be completed on Sunday afternoon with a two hours’ training in the weight room of  PalaTrento. The training, run mainly by the athletic trainer Luca Baratto, will precede the departure of the team for Brazil from PalaTrento at 4 p.m.. In that moment will start the seventh adventure at an international level of Trentino Volley. The vice champions of Europe will leave from Trento for the airport of Milano Malpensa where the first evening they will start the long journey to Belo Horizonte after changing in San Paolo. Therefore there will be necessary two flights and twenty hours to arrive at destination. The group from Trento that will participate to this sixth international commitment will be composed by 21 people which include the players, the technical staff, the doctor and the directors. The first training in South America will take place on Tuesday morning October 18th at Ginásio Poliesportivo Divino Braga of Betim where all the matches of the Club World Championship 2016 will be played and where Trentino Volley will get back after three years from the previous occasion. In that establishment was played the 2013’s edition of the championship ended with the third place for Lanza and his team-mates.

The coach Angelo Lorenzetti will be available for the medias to present the Club World Championship 2016 at 2.30 p.m. on Sunday October 16th in the press room of PalaTrento.
