The Del Monte® Coppa Italia 2018

This will be the second Wednesday in a row dedicated to the stage of Del Monte® Coppa Italia 2018, the one that will be played on October 11th on three different fields (on Thursday in the fourth as well). After the round of thirty-two of seven days ago, which promoted Milano and Padova to the next stage, starting from 8.30 p.m. of tomorrow will be in fact played the round of sixteen, which will decree the four opponents that will compete for the access to the Final Four with as many number one seeds.
Together with Civitanova, Perugia and Modena, Diatec Trentino will in fact play (thanks to the great position in ranking obtained last season) only in the quarterfinals, scheduled for October 18th at 8.30 p.m. at PalaTrento. The match of Wednesday October 11th that deeply concerns Angelo Lorenzetti’s team is the match between Gi Group Monza and Taiwan Excellence Latina; if the home team will win (the match will be played in Brianza), for the second year in a row will be repeated the same combination in the same stage of the competition. Trento-Monza was played also in the quarterfinals of Coppa Italia 2017, with the victory of the yellow-blues in three sets.
