ENERGY TI Diatec Trentino continues to impose itself in front of its audience. Infact this evening, in less than an hour the Yellow-blue team has exceeded Altotevere Città di Castello Sansepolcro, scoring 3-0 in the match valid for the twenty-third round of Super League UnipolSai.
Thanks also to the turn of rest, Birarelli and teammates have regained the championship victory, which has missed for three weeks (the last one was on February 22th against Latina). Therefore the second place in the ranking has been confirmed and the team, which is still unbeaten at PalaTrento, has collected the sixteenth victory of the season in the same number of games played. With the three points gained against the Umbrians, ENERGY TI Diatec Trentino may appear next Saturday at PalaPanini with reasonable hopes of record, considering that the simultaneous defeat of Modena in Latina has reduced the gap to just one point behind leaders of Emilia.
The match was solved in just 64 minutes: that was enough to impose on the Umbrian the most quality between block and serve (scored skills both nine times during the match) and to show how main attackers  are currently in good shape: all in double number with Kaziyski at 53% (also 4 aces), Nemec at 60%, and mvp Lanza with 62% and best scorer. The absence of Solé has gone unnoticed because Burgsthaler played well at the block (2 blocks). Altotevere Città di Castello could save only the attempt of the ex Della Lunga, who tried to make less clear the sixth consecutive defeat in the second round practicing some ideas in attack.
