After the defeat of Sunday night in Perugia, Trentino Diatec immediately turns over the page achieving without any problems the qualification to the round sixteen of CEV CUP 2017.
The brilliant 3-0 victory in the going match of thirteen days ago has been repeated tonight with another 3-0 obtained versus Hurrikaani Loimma in the return match. Also after having won the two sets that Diatec Trentino needed to achieve the qualification, the team of Lorenzetti still wanted to conclude with a victory their performance, gaining the 22nd seasonal win in twenty-nine matches. Urnaut stands among the others (best scorer of the yellow-blue team with 15 scored points, 3 blocks, 2 aces and 67% of net attacks) but also Antonov (10 scored points with 58% of attacks) and Burgsthaler (with 3 direct blocks) re-payed the trust of their coach which put them in the starting six. Trento bested its opponents without any problems thanks to a great performance of Giannelli and to a particular incisive service, scoring nine points (3 of Antonov). Hurrikaani has never been able to create any problem but still has shown some good actions, particularly with the opposite Mikko Oivanen (best scorer of the match with 16 points). In the next round of the competition it will be again space for a match versus a Finnish team: Valepa Sastamala, qualified to the round of sixteen thanks to the double 3-0 versus the Danish team Gentofte.
