Lorenzetti: "Even though we hadn’t to necessarily win, we have shown that we wanted to confirm our position"

“I’m very enthusiastic because we wanted to win this match against a team that we knew that could create trouble for us because it absolutely deserved a victory. – affirms Angelo Lorenzetti in the mixed zone- Even though we hadn’t to necessarily win, we have shown that we wanted to confirm our position. We obtained this victory thanks also to the medical staff and especially to the physiotherapist who managed to make Giannelli recover in time for the match after that he suffered a bad back pain. Now we have to focus on our match against Monza, a match in which we can gain the fourth position in the regular season, crowning an amazing comeback”.
The pairings of the Playoffs 12 will be decided on Friday 2nd March in Luxembourg. The playoffs 12 will start on Tuesday 13th March. The next important match that will be against Gi Group Monza at Candy Arena di Monza on Sunday 4th March, will conclude the regular season 2017/18 of SuperLega UnipolSai.
