Lorenzetti: "The gained point will be used for the 2nd-round"

“From the second set, moment in which the match changed because the opponents managed to limit the mistakes in attack, we weren’t able to counterattack with a precise block and a good defence –said Angelo Lorenzetti in mixed zone at the end of the match–. We started to struggle in the side-out phase. We were aware of the fact that we were in front of a strong team as they demonstrated in their round of the Main Phase. Chaumont is a team that fights until the end. The fact that we won the fourth set didn’t motivate us enough, because then in the tiebreak we paid the price for that personally and we had not been able to be sharp in attack and at service. The gained point will be used for the second-round, based on the assumption that we must win and play in a different way. Tonight we could have played in a better way especially during the second and the fifth set”.
Trentino Diatec will be back in Italy on Thursday afternoon, but on Saturday 17th they will play another match, the game 2 of the quarter finals of the Play Off Scudetto UnipolSai 2018 in Verona. The match will start at 8.30 p.m. live on Radio Dolomiti and www.elevensports.it/superlega.
