BLM Group Arena, 4th and last week of post-championship training for the yellow-blue U2

A training session for Under 24 at Sanbapolis Hall

About twenty Under 24 players, which are almost all property of Trentino Volley, resumed in the late afternoon their training at BLM Group Arena in Trento for the fourth week of post-championship activity followed by Angelo Lorenzetti and his staff. The one that started with a weight session in the weight-room, coached by the athletic trainer Alessandro Guazzaloca, is the last training period of the project, to which joined more than thirty athletes.
Alessio Alberini (who plays as a setter for Volley Treviso and played last season for Alessano in Serie A2) and Federico Rossatti (Trentino spiker who played last SuperLega with the kit of Castellana Grotte on) joined the group today for the last five days of training.
Together with them in the gym there are the setter Hueller, the opposites Albergati, Cester, De Santis and Morelli, the spikers Cristofaletti, Mazzone and Osokin, the middle-blockers Bressan, Codarin, Festi, Galassi and Gasperi, the liberi Chiappa, De Angelis and Thei.
The aim of the Club of via Trener, which organizes the project for the third year in a row, won’t change during last week and is to offer the many young players who played in the main European championship during the last years the chance to being able to work with patience and care to improve their physical shape and their individual qualities. For this reason five others training session were scheduled: one weight session and four technique sessions with a length of about two hours. The last training session will be on Friday morning.
