A message for the season ticket holders of the 2019/20 season

The Coronavirus Emergency has considerably reduced sociality throughout Trentino region and Italy, but at the same time it has forged the character and resistance of all their inhabitants. Despite many difficulties, Trentino Volley does not want to stop fighting to ensure that the recovery is up to its twenty-year prestige: it will fight to remain a point of reference for sport in the entire province, facing the great economic problems that grip it and will condition it in the near future.
The club's priority is its many fans, who have not been able to see their favourite team live and are unlikely to be able to do so for some time. In the certainty that the many subscribers will remain close to the team, Trentino Volley announces that it has nevertheless prepared a plan for the recognition of the two unused tickets for the 2019/20 season.
As provided for and arranged in art. 88 of DL 17/03/2020 n.18, it is not possible to refund in cash the value of the season ticket for the accruals of matches not played; instead, it is allowed to release a voucher of the amount corresponding to the value of the two matches not played to those who request it.
To initiate the request simply click on the link www.trentinovolley.it/voucher, and follow step by step the instructions (click here to download the tutorial)  of the service offered by Vivaticket; the voucher will be sent by email to the applicant’s address and it will be valid for the next season of activity of Trentino Volley. The voucher will then have to be presented when requesting a new season ticket or a replacement ticket. The requests will have to be made online only, starting from Tuesday, 28 April and not later than Saturday, 16 May 2020.
