Preparation, joint training with verona, a 4-0 success and lots of useful tips

It has been just over an hour and a half of technique and tactics applied together with the NBV Verona of the former Stoytchev and Kaziyski at the BLM Group Arena, strictly behind closed doors. The joint training was held in the late afternoon today and had the task of breaking the ice for Trentino Volley as a pre-season test. It proved to be very useful to loosen muscles and test the physical condition of Trentino Volley players in real game situations after fifty-one days dedicated only to preparation, physics and technique.
The two coaches have in fact chosen to play four sets of normal matches, which have already highlighted some interesting aspects. The success for 4-0 is a result that counts up to a certain point in this period of the season, but behind it Itas Trentino showed an already satisfactory condition of form and a good understanding between the individual players, as shown by the excellent 62% of the team recorded in attack. In this fundamental Nimir Abdel-Aziz (28 points with 65% efficiency at the net, one block and three aces) has already shown that he can offer a great contribution. Angelo Lorenzetti was also able satisfied with the team's defensive attitude and the attention shown by blocking (7 achieved, three from Kooy alone).

Below is a summary of the joint training session played this afternoon at the BLM Group Arena in Trento.
