SuperLega, Itas Trentino wins in Cisterna di Latina: 3-1 thanks to Nimir and Kooy

For Itas Trentino, November starts great. The fourth away game in the last seven days has seen the gialloblù win by 3-1 against Top Volley Cisterna, returning to win in regular season of SuperLega Credem Banca after losing for a couple of weeks. Thanks to the many and recent travels made, since the start of the match Giannelli and teammates have shown the right character and determination to call the shots against the opponents, displaying important numbers in all the fundamentals in the first part. Instead, during the second half, it surfaced the character, element that has allowed the team to not make mistakes in the final of the fourth set, when Latina (22-18) seemed to go for the tie break. The blocks of Podrascanin, the counterattacks of Kooy (17 points with 52%) and the usual fundamental contribution of Nimir (19 with 52% and 4 aces) have permitted to win in fourth sets and return in Trento with three points valid for the seventh place in the ranking, two points from the fifth with one less match played.

Below the report of the match valid for the eight round of regular season SuperLega Credem Banca 2020/21, played tonight at the Palasport in Cisterna.
