SuperLega, unstoppable Itas Trentino: Lube Civitanova defeated 3-0 at BLM Group Arena

The postponed match of round number 14 of SuperLega Credem Banca is just another example of the great moment Itas Trentino is living. This afternoon at BLM Arena, gialloblù team won for the sixth time consecutively during the first 2 weeks of December, managing to defeat also its worst opponent. After having defeated Karlovarsko, Friedrichshafen, Verona and Modena, also Cucine Lube Civitanova surprisingly lost the match in just 3 sets.
This victory 3-0 against Cucine Lube let Lorenzetti’s team improve its place on the ranking and was a good sign of the quality of play. In particular, the ability at serve (8 points, 4 by Nimir), the good reception (only an ace scored by the opponent team) and the excellent attack (62% of the team) let the team win the match in only 3 sets. Cucine Lube kept fighting until the end of every set, but at the end of the match were clear the difficulties of the players in second line and the bad day of ex Juantorena; the good actions by Rychlicki and Leal were not enough to face the excellent play of Nimir (MVP with 17 points and 57%), Lucarelli (12 with 73%!), Podrascanin (3 blocks) and Lisinac (80% during the first set). Finally a victory after all the matches lost by Itas against Lube: indeed last victory in SuperLega against this team was on 13th November 2016!
