European 2021: Lavia, Michieletto, Pinali, and Sbertoli together greeted in Quirinale

The week that will mark the first contact with the new yellow-blue reality started no less than in the Great Hall of the Cuirassiers in the Quirinale Palace in Rome for Daniele Lavia, Giulio Pinali, and Riccardo Sbertoli, other than for Alessandro Michieletto (who will return in Trento only in seven days).
Today, the four players of Trentino Volley were guests, together with the teammates of the national team with which have won the European 2021 and together with the female national team, of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella to receive the official thanks from the institutions for the splendid achievement of the double continental title. Afterwards, all the delegation moved to Chigi Palace from the Prime Minister, Mario Draghi.
"You have been an example for Italy, your ability to put together individual game and team chemistry is an example for the country – claimed the Head of State - ; let me also make a special commendation to Giannelli, Lavia, Michieletto, and Balaso, who have also won an individual prize."
Lavia, Pinali, and Sbertoli will arrive in the late evening in Trento and, from Tuesday, will start training with the rest of Itas Trentino at the BLM Group Arena, while Michieletto will immediately return in Sardinia to continue his participation at the World Cup Under 21.
