SuperLega,regular season 2021/22: Itas Trentino – the most effective at blocking

The rematch of the 18th turn, played on Wednesday evening between Civitanova and Milan, definitely closed the regular season 2021/22 of SuperLega. The 3-0 achieved by Cucine Lube against Allianz completed the frame of 15 match fixed in the calender for the 26 match days, giving both the declared results and clear indication on the result of each fundamentals of the thirteen teams involved and the players as well. From this point of view, Itas Trentino lived an exceptional season, in particular thanks to their blocking, where the team scored more points than anyone else (235, two more points than Cisterna and Perugia), also thanks to what Lisinac and Podrascanin achieved (45 blocks, in place eight of the raking led by Piano) and Lavia (44). Potke is in the second place of the ranking. This takes into account also the sets made (0,68) where also D’Herr stands out (ninth with 0,57 blocks per set). In the other fundamentals, we have to underline the third place as team for the attack (51,5%) behind Civitanova and Perugia and place number six at service, with 131 aces (1,4 per set). Between the single players, the statistic confirms the great regular season lived by Matey Kaziyski and Alessandro Michieletto. The captain is the 12th bomber in the tournament with 330 personal points despite playing two matches less and also the 7th ace-man with 39 aces. The young left-handed wing spiker is on the other hand third server thanks to his average and 7th attacker also thanks to his average. Daniele Lavia stood out also both on the second line and at net: the Calabrian player is indeed also in place number six of the ranking for his reception (once again thanks to his average).
