Paykan-Trentino Itas 1-3, the match report

Here's the match report. For this appointment debut, Angelo Lorenzetti counts on the standard lineup, with Sbertoli as setter, Kaiyski as opposite spiker, Lavia and Michieletto as hitter spikers, Lisinac and Podrascanin as middle blockers, Laurenzano as libero. The yellow-blue team tries to make the difference as soon as the match starts with Kaziyski and Sbertoli’s block on Amin (5-3), but the opponents do not let go: they break even with Afshinfar (5-5) and got the first advantage (7-8), which lasts just a few seconds because Lavia reverses the trend at the pipe (9-8). The point-to-point game goes on relentlessly in the middle of the set (12-12 and 15-15), the sideout phases work well and then Lisinac’s block on Amin makes a break again (17-15). At the end of the set, Podrascanin block Tashakori (20-17) and Lavia makes the first ace for the yellow-blue team (22-18), leading his team to the set’s victory, with a score of 20-25, then it will Potke’s turn to score at service. Trentino Itas reveals his significant superiority again in the first serves of the second partial: Michieletto led the team to 3-1 and then to 5-3. Kaziyski suffered a block by Fayazi (5-5), but then Podrascanin at service succeeded in taking his team ahead again (8-6). Matey defends the team from the position 4 (+3, 10-7) and made another ace (+4, 14-10). In the second half of the set Lorenzetti's team dominates (18-12), thanks to two more blocks in a row (Lisinac and Michieletto). The 2-0 lead already came on 25- 21, because Paykan pulled itself back together just before the change of sides (from 23-12 to 23-18 with Amin unstoppable at the net).
The Iranian players also tried to fight back in the third set with Amin, immediately putting the yellow-blue team on the ropes (2-6) and forcing Lorenzetti to call time-out. At the restart, however, Trentino Itas lost further ground (5-10), before setting up a comeback attempt led by Kaziyski's attacks and serves (13-15). The tie comes at 16 with Michieletto inspired; precisely an attack by Alessandro brings Trentino Itas ahead 17-16. Then Podrascanin scores the stretch (19-17), but Paykan is revived and as usual with the left-handed opposite player finds another important sprint (20-22, time out Lorenzetti). Here it goes to a sprint, with Lisinac signing the 23-23 thanks to an ace; the set goes beyond the normal score, but it is interrupted by a very long break due to the lighting system’s blackout  on 25-25. On the restart, a serve error by Džavoronok and an invasion by Sbertoli and Podrascanin sent the two teams to the fourth set (25-27).
Trentino Itas tried to comeback in the fourth set and did so first with Podrascanin's block and then with two aces by Kaziyski (7-3). It is Matey himself, along with Lavia, who defends the scar drawn in the middle part of the set (from 8-6 to 13-8) when the opponents try to gamble everything on the serve and the block. The yellow-blue team pushed back in reception and, consequently, in the sideout phase (15-10 and 19-14), no longer allowing Paykan to get close again: 22-15 with Lisinac and then 25-19 with Kaziyski.
