Itas Trentino-Gas Sales Bluenergy 3-1, the match report

Game 5 report. Both coaches give their trust to the players seen on the court for most of the time in this series : Itas Trentino show up to the court with Sbertoli as setter and Kaziyski as opposite, Michieletto and Lavia as wings, Lisinac and Podrascanin as middle blockers and Laurenzano as libero. Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza replies with Brizard as setter, Romanò as opposite, Leal and Lucarelli at wings, Simon and Caneschi as middle blockers, Scanferla as libero.
The hosts have the best impact on the match, immediately scoring with a block by Sbertoli on Leal, followed by an error by Simon (3-1), but Piacenza with Romanò and the Cuban middle blocker (block on Lisinac) quickly finds the tie and the first lead (6-7). A failed attack by Lisinac offers +2 to the Emilians players (6-8), which after a few minutes becomes +3 (9-12) because Leal sinks a down the line hit. Lorenzetti interrupts the match, but at the restart it is still Romanò who seals a new stretch (10-14); Gas Sales Bluenergy allows nothing at the sideout phase (11-15 and 13-17) and when it can the team scores in breakpoints phase with Lucarelli and the same-old opposite (13-19 and 15-21), closing the first set on 18-25.
After the change of side, Trento tries to get immediately back into the game, thanks to attacks by Kaziyski and Lavia (4-4 and 8-7). A yellow-blue team burst with the Bulgarian captain’s serve causing two consecutive breakpoints (Podrascanin's block and Michieletto's counterattack) and gives the locals the maximum lead (+3, 13-10), forcing Piacenza to seek refuge in a time out. At the restart, the Emilians players get close again (15-14), before Lisinac's block and Kaziyski's attack scores again (19-16). Matey scores again with his serve (22-17), followed shortly after by Michieletto (24-19); the 1-1 in the partial tally comes with 25-20 (Brizard's serve error).
In the third set, Itas Trentino confirms the excellence in the game seen in the previous set, and with Kaziyski and Lisinac gets the first cue right away (8-6). The yellow-blue team goes on the run (12-9), at the time that the Serbian middle blocker stops Simon in a one-on-one, forcing Botti to interrupt the game. When they return to the court, it is still the hosts who dictate the pace (14-10 and 18-12), also taking advantage of the many errors at the net by the Emilians players, who can’t compete anymore also as a result of Michieletto's sharp serves (20-12, also a direct ace). Trento reached the 2-1, which came on 25-17 after Recine and Gironi entered the court, and Lavia's winning pipe.
The point-to-point fight restarts in the fourth set; Piacenza scores until the tie 6-6, then Trento sinks the blow again with a block and a counterattack (10-7). The Emilians players swerve, Itas Trentino takes advantage to stretch (12-8), before Caneschi and Romanò partially perform a comeback (13-12, Lorenzetti calls time out). The duel goes back to be fought on every ball (16-15), until 17-16, then the hosts supported by the public speeds up(19-16), forcing the opponents to make many inaccuracies, Piacenza’s team suffers in reception (20-16) and finally leaves the court (25-19).
