Soli after Play Off Final Match #3: "Now we have a dream..."

“This afternoon the team was very determined and patient in managing to play our volleyball, which we know is good but not perfect,” said Fabio Soli at the end of the match. “Even today, there were a few mistakes and inaccuracies, but we managed to accept them calmly, and that’s something we need to keep and bring to Civitanova for the next match if we want to break the home-court trend that has dominated this series. All three games have been marked by various errors from both teams, but they’ve always been won by the side that managed to face problems with calm and patience. From this point of view, Itas Trentino was very efficient today, just like in Game 1; we need to keep the same spirit in the Marche next Wednesday if we want to win. We know it will be a different match from today, and we’ll have to fight in every fundamental because Cucine Lube has a really high quality of play and can produce moments of top-level volleyball. But we have the dream of bringing home the Scudetto, and to make it come true, we’ll give everything we have.”
In three days, on Wednesday, May 7, the fourth match of the series will be played in the Marche, with the first serve scheduled for 8:30 pm, live on RAI Sport, Radio Dolomiti, DAZN, and VBTV.
