The fourteenth seasonal episode of “RTTR Volley”, the magazine that the yellow-blue tv partner dedicates every week to the ENERGY T.I. Diatec Trentino, on Monday evening pointed the cameras to Matey Kaziyski. In the fifteen minutes transmission, the Bulgarian hitter of the Trentino Volley has described the situation of the team that this morning started training with double sessions (weights and technique) in sight of the derby of the Adige on Saturday, January 31.
“At Molfetta we experienced a difficult evening in which our team faced a game below the abilities of each individuals – explained Kaziyski chased by a precise question by the conductor Gabbiano Santin - . I still want to see the glass half full: even by playing badly and having many problems, we reached the tie break with one of the fittest formation of the championship like the Exprivia Neldiritto, and we ourselves did not take advantage of some opportunities to close the match favorably. This is an occasion that we missed to stay on top of the ranking, but this defeat cannot change the absolutely positive judgment on the season that we have seen up to this point. We will try to restart our run already this Saturday against Verona; it is true, we are tired; we come from a difficult time, and we can play better, but now there is time to improve. None of us will stop in front of the work that is waiting. The match against Calzedonia will be fundamental for the ranking for it is the only team that in this round has passed us: nevertheless, in our head that 3-0 of the PalaOlimpia has already been forgotten; we do not seek a payback but simply winning the next challenge that is waiting for us”.
“Having beaten the three-hundred presences with the Trentino Volley shirt is a weird feeling – Matey also admitted and joked - . They are really a lot, and this means that I became an experienced player of this Society, but also that by now I am getting old. Giannelli and Zygadlo? We have been lucky to have in the pool two dribblers that are very valuable and different between them. It is normal that my best understanding is with Lukasz because we have known each other for a long time, and we savvy each other, but Simone is really talented and our accord is growing a lot day by day”.
The program for approaching the match with Verona considers two sessions of training even on Wednesday and Thursday, while on Friday there will be only one afternoon session.
