The ENERGY TI Diatec Trentino will play tomorrow night on Wednesday, April 1st, the 25th regular season round of Super League UnipolSai 2014/15. For the championship, the Yellow-Blues will play their final ‘home’ game at PalaTrento against the Vero Volley Monza team. The match is scheduled after 3 days of rest period for the Yellow-blues, to allow them recovery time since their play last Saturday and return for the semi-final of 2015 CEV Cup. The match will start at 8.30pm and will be broadcasted live on Radio Dolomiti and on the Volleyball League Channel online www.sportube.tv.
Qualification for their fourth European final in their history, against team Brianzola, the Trentino Volley team will attempt to advance to the top again. On Sundays matches in Verona and at home with Molfetta, Parmareggio and Cucine Lube Banca Marche have indeed lost their chances (+1) against Energy TI Diatec Trentino. Now Trentino will prove their greatness again.
Birarelli and teammates are masters of their own destiny in this final stages of the regular season. The matches will be divided between the home match with Monza and in Piacenza on Saturday: To conquer the first place and qualify to the next Champions League you would need five points or four (but in this case, only two wins in tie break). To win this game depends on tomorrow night match, as Radostin Stoytchev clarified; "Monza is similar to Modena or Treia and must be met with the same attention and concentration - says the Bulgarian coach - . For Trentino Volley it will be their 599th official match in its history (record of 416 wins and 182 defeats), the 191st for the regular season at PalaTrento.
PREVIOUSLY Trentino Volley and Vero Volley Monza, has officially crossed paths once in a match that took place during the first round of December 26th, which the Yellow-blues won by 3-0 at PalaIper with partial (25-19, 26-24, 25-18) and Nemec mvp. Brianzola and his teammates will play for the first time at PalaTrento.
REFEREES The meeting will be arbitrated by Andrea Puecher (referee from Rubano - Padova in Serie A since 2003 and internationally since 2013) and Giorgio Gnani from Ferrara, in Serie A since 1997 and internationally since 2009). The two referees will meet for the first time in Super League season UnipolSai 2014/15. the 14th person is Puecher which in this regular season has already refereed Trento vs. Molfetta 3-0, on October 29th), the fifteenth is Gnani, who has refereed Trentino Volley during this championship in Perugia vs. Trent 2-3 on October 26th and for Trento vs. Verona 3-0 on February 1st.
