A little less than three weeks since last match of Play Off Scudetto, it comes the moment for the first official match of the Italian National Team. Between Saturday and Sunday the Italians will be on the field at PalaBarbuto in Naples to play the Vesuvio Cup, a training tournament with a view to the imminent debut in World League 2017.
For the two friendly match versus Argentina (on Saturday 27th at 7 p.m) and Japan (on Sunday 28th at 7 p.m) there will be on the field also five Trentino Volley’s players: the setter Simone Giannelli, the spikers Oleg Antonov, Filippo Lanza and Tiziano Mazzone and the opposite Luca Vettori, all chosen from coach GianLorenzo Blengini to be part of the roster of sixteen players.
