The two are in their third joint game of the season in Super League UnipolSai 2015/16; the fifteenth for the whistle Pasquali and twelfth for Sampaolo. Together they have directed Molfetta vs. Trento 3-1 Game 2 of the quarterfinals (on March 13th, 2016), which is also the only precedent for the seasonal whistle from Macerata. Pasquali has refereed twice this season Modena vs. Trento, always in PalaPanini: on October 24th, 2015 with success at the tie-break of Emilia in Italian Super Cup and on February 11th with a 3-2 victory of the Italian champions in the regular season.
