The third place on the ranking of SuperLega UnipolSai 2017/2018, which was already occupied provisionally on Saturday night thanks to the three points scored against Castellana Grotte (3-1), Diatec Trentino confirmed it today after the other six matches that completed the fourth day of competitions.
Taking advantage of Piacenza’s, Milano’s and Civitanova’s rests (Civitanova has to play a rescheduled match therefore it could overtake the yellow-blues), Angelo Lorenzetti’s team has made the most of the victory against the BBC and thanks to the seven points it raised to the third place, with Ravenna (which has played a match less). Therefore the last turn of matches confirmed the big uncertainty of the tournament and also the excellent start of Modena and Perugia, the only ones who still have full score thanks to the home victories in three sets respectively against Wixo Lpr and Revivre that Cucine Lube wasn’t able to retort falling on Latina’s field for 0-3.
