Diatec Trentino has been back at work since this morning in PalaTrento. After an afternoon off that the stuff allowed them after they came back from Maaseik, the yellow-blues restarted their training today. The program envisaged a double session, that is to say weights and individual technique in the morning and team exercises in the afternoon. That way they have started the mini-period of preparation before the two matches os SuperLega that will happen so close in time. In the space of three days Trentino Volley will play in the field pf Vibo Valentia (on Sunday, December 10th, and in Frosinone (on Wednesday December 13th), home field of Sora. Lorenzetti's team will also be training during the night of December 8th , before leaving Trento until Thursday. In fact, so as to allow the players a longer recovery and to manage time better, the Club has decided to move from Calabria to Lazio directly, only coming back in Trento after the match against Biosì Indexa.
