It will be played tomorrow, on Sunday, November 1st, the second round of the regular season of Super League UnipolSai 2015/16. For Diatec Trentino finally comes the long-awaited home debut; the Italian champions will receive at PalaTrento the visit of Tonazzo Padova; the kick-off is scheduled at 6.00 pm, broadcasted live on Radio Dolomiti and on League Volleyball Channel at www.sportube.tv..
HERE DIATEC TRENTINO A nearly six months after the last game (on May 10th, Game 3 of the championship final played at noon), the tricolor finally returned to play an official match in front of their home crowd and they do it at the end of a week in which they have already achieved the first points for their ranking, even though they kept exercising with reduced ranks. The victory in Monza, although obtained without using Djuric and Urnaut, allowed to forget quickly the defeat against Modena and gave a boost to the environment thanks to the first place in the standings and the length of advantage already gained over Civitanova and Modena. Therefore the aim is to confirm the margin also by the end of the second day.
In anticipation of tomorrow's match, Diatec Trentino must still monitor the conditions of Djuric and Urnaut; the greek opposite is recovering fast, while the Slovenian spiker will probably postpone again the league debut with the yellow-blue jersey.
In fifteen seasons of maximum national championship already behind, Trentino Volley won the first home match in twelve occasions: the only three defeats are related to the seasons 2004/05 (Trento-Perugia 1-3), 2006/07 (Trento-Taranto 2-3) and 2012/13 (Trento-Vibo 1-3). The one of tomorrow will be the official match number 614 of Trentino Volley, the 282^ at PalaTrento, where so far has collected 219 wins and hasn’t lost a regular season since March 16th 2014 (1-3 against Perugia).
FIRST TIME AT PALATRENTO FOR PADOVA, WHAT AN AMARCORD In previous fifteen years of activity has already happened three times that Padova was the opponent to challenge Trentino Volley in the first home game of the season. The Venetians were in fact opponents already during last season’s debut in PalaTrento (on October 19th, 2014, vicotry 3-0), in the 2005/06 (on September 25th, 2005, another victory 3-0) and especially in that one of debut (2000/01). The Trento-Padova match played on October 22nd 2000, is the first game at PalaTrento of the company history and the first event ever of the entire system; the Yellow-blues imposed themselves at the tie-break (0-2 to 3-2). On that occasion the match was scheduled for the second day (the first yellow-blue match was played in Parma) and saw the debut of the sport facility of Via Fersina, which was completed and made accessible only hours before.
PREVIOUS Trentino Volley and Volleyball Padova have a long tradition, which has started in 2000 and has been interrupted for two seasons between 2012 and 2014 after relegation to Serie A2 of the Society Venetian. The budget of the twenty-two previous races of the regular season is clearly favorable to the yellow-blue colors, who came out winners in eighteen circumstances; the Club of Via Trener boasts a still open series, of twelve victories, that has lasted exactly ten years. To find the last Padova successful, you must in fact go back to February 13th, 2005, when at Pala San Lazzaro (today PalaFabris) the hosts imposed their game for 3-2. In the eleven previous matches played in PalaTrento, Padova won only once: on November 7th, 2004, 1-3 with former Meszaros mvp. REFEREES The meeting will be directed by the couple of Daniele Zucca (from Trieste, in the top serie since 2001) and Giorgio Gnani (from Ferrara, permanent member since 1997 and international since 2009); Zucca last season directed just one match with Trento (home victory against Milan, 3-0, on November 9th, 2014) while Gnani in the regular season 2014/15 conducted Perugia-Trento 2-3 (on October 26th, 2014), Trento -Verona 3-0 (on February 1st, 2015) and Trento-Monza 3-0 (on April 1st, 2015).
TICKETS The tickets’ presale for the match against Padova is active until Saturday evening until 7 pm, by the Promo Event offices in Via Suffragio n. 10 in Trento and at any time on the internet by clicking http://www.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[evento]&id_show=75493. The coupons will be available again on Sunday by PalaTrento cashiers, which will be effective starting at 4 pm, and at 5 pm will open the entrances of the building.

The pre-recorded broadcast of the match will be transmitted on Monday, October 2nd at 21.15 on the regional television channel RTTR, Tv partner of via Trener’s club.

To receive them have been: Radostin Stoytchev (named best coach), Simone Giannelli (Best Under 23), Simon Van de Voorde (best blocker player, scoring for the most time in this fundamental) and a representation of the curve Gislimberti for the prize Jimmy George, as the most proper audience of the championship, assigned to the fans of PalaTrento.
