Statistics, four years ago the last previous success for 3-0 on Lube

The success against Cucine Lube Civitanova of Monday afternoon at the BLM Group Arena, in the TV postponement of the fourteenth turn of SuperLega, has already gone down in Trentino Volley history for several reasons, among which those linked to the statistics and at the end of a negative tradition that it was becoming a taboo.
In fact, the victory interrupted a series of KO which, against the Marches in regular season, lasted four years and one month; the last gialloblù victory in the championship dated back to 13 November 2016: 3-1 at the PalaTrento with Giannelli as MVP. After that result and before the great 3-0 of Monday, eight consecutive losses had arrived.
To find a victory in only three sets, you have to go back to a few more months: it was from 16 April 2016 (semi-final of Champions League in Kraków) that Trentino Volley did not pass the Marches without leaving it even a partial. The history of the confrontation shown that the last home victory by 3-0 dates back to more than seven years ago and it was particularly important: 9 October 2013; in that case the victory gave the gialloblù Company its second-ever Italian Super Cup.
